I Am My Fantasies
How I look in my dreams.

I’m rather excited to announce that my Benedict Cumberbatch and Jennifer Lawrence Zendoodles are now available as postcards!! Yay!
They’re up on my Etsy store at just £1 each :) Click on the links below to pop on over!
The girl on fire.
The glorious Jennifer Lawrence is a must feature for my Zendoodling. I have sided with the rest of the world and rather fallen in love with her, and this Zendoodle pays homage to her as my favourite role that she has spectacularly played: Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games.
What do you think?
Oh and, I mentioned in my Benedict Cumberbatch post that I was going to get prints made up of these Zendoodles, and I got a little distracted by the Hollydays and my various orders…. At the moment I’m researching into the wonderful world of print options… but you’ll be pleased to know I just placed an order for a bunch of Benedict Cumberbatch and Jennifer Lawrence postcards and they’ll be up in my Etsy store when they’re hot off the press!! So stay tuned…
A wee while ago I posted about my summer holiday in France and I posted images of some of my travelling artyness, including this little gal.
This little Faery was painted on a leaf found by the side of our big blue campervan, Dughall. That day we had visited the rather magical town of Avallon and I was inspired to paint this tiny beauty in the natural surroundings of Camping Au Bois Joli.
My dreams were filled with wings and sparkling bells that night. I hope these dreams find there way into our mind when she lives in your home, as she is now listed on Etsy!
Avallon Faery is handpainted using acrylics onto a found, pressed leaf. Artwork is displayed inside a high-quality, dark brown wooden box frame that has been hand painted with green leafy vine detailing, complete with strut and hooks for hanging. The faery leaf is mounted on acid-free black card and black spiderweb lace.
On Saturday I travelled up to Dundee (foliage and all!!) for the first ever Dundee Wearable Arts Show… and it was brilliant fun!
I just wanted to write a quick post to say thank you so much to all involved. Thanks for picking my work to be featured in the show and thank you so so much to everyone who helped put it together, as well as everyone who came along for the night… it really wouldn’t have been a show without you!… and a huge thank you to my wonderful model! You were fabulous Charlie :)
I didn’t get a chance to take many photos… but there were loads of photographers snapping around! So, when I get the photo filled email I’ll post lots of pictures and blog properly about the show…….. stay tuned!!
