NESTA Part 3 – Choosing Your Path part 1

In the previous posts i gave a little shape to my business, so now i will be looking at the aspects needed to actually bring it to life.

The first part is defining my customers…. i found this bit really hard because i guess i don’t really know who would want my work…. this will be something i will have to research into over the summer.

At the moment i have defined my customer base as: people who like unique jewellery, as well as people who like telling stories in unique ways and people who are looking to buy gifts for the aforementioned groups….. so as you can see i have a bit to work on!

 

So i’m wandering away from my fuzzy customer base to look at blueprint and relationship modeling…. see you next time!
